The thoughts we think have chemical reactions that affect our biology.  Ongoing stress, and stressful thoughts can be similar to consuming junk food, whereas a peaceful state releases a chemical cascade that nourishes, anti-inflames, and calms us, priming our body for repair and healing. 

Learning to upgrade your mindset has effects just as powerful as changing the foods you eat. Our "mental health" comes down to how healthy our brain is, and the brain needs the right nutrients to function with calm, stability, and focus.
